Job Description
- Managing all marketing activities for the company and reporting to Business Operation Director.
- Develop marketing strategy by studying technological and financial opportunities: presenting assumptions and recommending objectives.
- Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company.
- Overseeing all marketing budget.
- Communicating and periodically reporting marketing performance to Marketing Division of the regional headquarter in Singapore.
- Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Staffing and hiring decisions within marketing department.
- Building and developing a marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated, and efficient.
Job Requirements
- Have Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Marketing/Commerce/Business Administration, MBA holder preferred
- A minimum of 10 year-experience within a marketing role in B2B industry.
- Experience of organization management at multinational /global firm
- Excellent both verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese
- Knowledge of market data segmentation, targeting, and developing strategy.
- Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted time frames.
- Highly organized, strong time management and analytical skills.
- Able to take critical decisions and handle stress.
