- Responsible of Merchandising planning, Global Sourcing, Marketing, Design, and Planogram functions which support for development of hypermarkets
- Merchandising planning: Responsible of leading products to supermarkets, Sales figures and growth plan, profit achievement and KPI management plan, Code products in/out and commission from suppliers.
- Global Sourcing: develop the vision, strategy and implementation plan for direct import and export to enrich products for Lotte supermarket.
- Manage, implement and be responsible for Marketing activities such as Customer relationship management, Post, Design, Advertising
- Understand regulatory, market, and customer needs for the organization’s products and services by researching, gathering and analyzing information
- Deeply understand customer, competitors and market trends to create business problem statements for new and existing products and services
- Assist in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives
- Regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met
- Lead teams by enabling and enhancing their skills towards the collective goal of defining, developing, and delivering valuable capabilities that solve customer business problems
- Manage, mentor, and develop their skills; and maximize their growth opportunities
- Actively participate in hiring and retaining talented team members
- Strong experience and background in working in Purchasing/ Planning / Marketing / Sourcing field
- Deep understanding of Retail industry, especially Supermarket / Hypermarket
- Proven ability and strong experience in strategic planning and management
- Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations
- Ability to articulate, execute, and deliver on strategically aligned goals
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Strong business acumen, excellent negotiation and communication skills

Certificate/License/Course : Bachelor’s Degree
Language Required: Good in English or Korean
Specific Experience (in Years) :
- At least 5 years working experience in retail market, especially in Purchasing/ Private Brand/ Marketing field.
- At least 3 years working in the same level/ scope of work
