- Develop and implement business development plans and projects for new and existing products
- Manage the productivity of the Business development plans and budgets
- Monitor, review, and report on all Sales activities
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing and operations teams to maximize effectiveness of sales productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure proper messaging of company beliefs and service offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with a variety of agencies, schools, and other viable institutions related to our products.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Proven track record of increasing company revenue and awareness through well-executed marketing efforts, experience in the service industry a plus
- Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and developing marketing strategy
- Skill in analyzing products, customers, market dynamics, and working on a variety of projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
